Radiant Complexion Smoothie


1 avocado, peeled and diced

1 cup cherries, pitted, fresh or frozen

3 tablespoons raw almonds, whole

½ cup plain soymilk (or rice milk) to mixture, and blend well.


  1. In blender, combine avocado, cherries and almonds. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add soy or (rice milk) and supplements to mixture. Blend well.
  3. Serve immediately.
